By default your site lives at the subdomain you chose when you signed up. You can add your own domain alongside it, or instead of it, at any time.
Adding a domain
Go to Admin → Settings → Domains and enter the domain you own, e.g. www.yourdealership.co.uk. Webb Motors checks it isn't already in use by another account before adding it.
Pointing DNS at Webb Motors
With your domain registrar, add a DNS record for your domain pointing at Webb Motors. Exact records depend on your setup — contact support if you're not sure which record type to use, and we'll confirm the right target for your account.
Removing a domain
You can remove a domain from the same Domains screen at any time. Removing a domain doesn't delete anything else in your account — your subdomain keeps working, and you can add a replacement domain whenever you're ready.
