Webb Motors gives your dealership its own branded site and back-office in a few minutes. Here's the full setup flow, start to finish.
1. Create your account
Head to the Join page and choose a subdomain for your dealership, e.g. yourdealership.webbmotors.test. This becomes your site's address immediately — you can add your own custom domain later, see Custom Domains.
Pick a subscription plan and enter payment details to start your trial. You'll get a confirmation email to verify your address before you can sign in.
2. Add your business details
After your first sign-in you'll be asked for your legal business details: registered name, company number, VAT status, and trading address. These appear on invoices you send to customers, so it's worth getting them right before you start selling.
3. Choose your modules
Next, turn on the parts of Webb Motors your dealership actually uses:
- Vehicle Sales — list cars for sale, take reservations, and issue sales invoices.
- Mechanic — log repair jobs and track parts stock, see Repairs & Parts Inventory.
- Test Drives — let customers book test drives online, see Test Drives & Selling Cars.
You can change these at any time from Admin → Settings, so don't worry about getting it perfect on day one.
4. What's next
From here, a good order to work through is: invite your staff, add your first vehicles, then set up your public website.
